Brand power and design prowess...

High quality branding helps your organisation stand out from your competitors, adds value to your offering and engages with your customers. It's a way of clearly highlighting what makes your offer different to, and more desirable than, anyone else’s. We know effective branding elevates your product or organisation from being just one commodity amongst many identical commodities, to become something with a unique character and promise. It can resonate in the minds of consumers who choose products and services using both emotional and pragmatic judgements.

Eonic asks many key questions of your business, about:

  • The big idea – What lies at the heart of your company?
  • Values – What do you believe in?
  • Vision – Where are you going?
  • Personality – How do you want to be perceived?

Of course, to pin down your big idea, Eonic look carefully at your business and the marketplace around you, asking questions such as:

  • What is your offer?
  • How can you stand out?
  • What makes you different?
  • What is your corporate ‘personality’?
  • What do consumers want or need?
  • Is there a gap in the market?

Having identified all of the above, then the art of design can begin. By being in a position of knowledge, our designers have the 'clay' from which to shape the 'vase' that is your online business presence. Colours, fonts, graphics, animation...yes, they're all part of the mix, but it's how those elements communicate and engage that's at the core of our work. Without that, design really is little more than colours from a pallette.

However, we know that usability and the utility, not the visual design, invariably determine the success or failure of a website. Since the visitor of the page is the only person who clicks the mouse, swipes down or types in the search box and therefore decides everything, user-centric design is Eonic's standard approach for successful and/or profit-oriented web design. After all, if users can’t use a feature, it might as well not exist.

According to Krug’s first law of usability, the web-page should be obvious and self-explanatory. When we're creating a site, our job is to get rid of any question marks — the decisions users need to make consciously, considering pros, cons and alternatives. If the navigation and site architecture aren’t intuitive, the number of question marks grows and makes it harder for users to comprehend how the system works and how to get from point A to point B. We provide a clear design structure, disitinct visual clues and provide easily recognisable links to help users to find their path to their goal.

We ensure your site's head and shoulders above the rest...in fact, it's that same difference between Eonic and other agencies working in web that enables us to make great things happen for our clients.
