Web Performance Management, or WPM, is the collection, reporting and analysis of website data. Eonic's focus is to identify measures based on your organisational and user goals. Critical to developing relevant and effective WPM is creating objectives and calls-to-action (CTAs) from your organisational and site visitors goals, and identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the relative success of those objectives and CTAs.

All our WPM packages feature a monthly report that analyses the KPIs that are best suited to your goals, depending on the type of campaigns you're running. Parameters are set for each statistic so that if any fall below pre-agreed, acceptable levels, Eonic are quick to respond and recommend appropriate measures.
