The brief

Imago are a social action organisation delivering diverse services and supporting individuals, organisations and communities across Kent, Medway, East Sussex and London. Initially set up in 1932 as the Tunbridge Wells Council of Service, Imago has merged with a number of like-minded organisations to form a resilient, diverse organisation that prides itself on the provision of excellent services, modern governance, a focus on quality and consistency with a skilled, dedicated team of staff.

Imago changed its name from Voluntary Action within Kent in early 2015 to better demonstrate the breadth and diversity of its projects.

Our solution

This was a challenging project with multiple stakeholders involved at various levels with unique, yet equally important requirements and demands from the website. Through careful project management and sophisticated account handling, Eonic were able to encompass all parties' input to deliver the digital results that each and every stakeholder demanded.

The result? A great-looking website with a superb UX, flawless integration and an easy-to-use online event booking system with transactional capabilities.
