The brief

Established in 2001, Recruitment Solutions (RecSol) is an independent boutique recruitment consultancy servicing Kent's businesses and candidates. They take time to truly understand their clients' and candidates' needs; to build long standing relationships based on trust. Through this process they offer more than a CV; they undertake an in-depth interview with each candidate to establish skills, suitability and personality to ensure they find the right role...and companies gain a valuable team member.

RecSol wanted a website that encapsulated the passion and professionalism of their business and the people who work within it. At a practical level, it also needed to be:
  • Secure
  • Search-engine friendly, providing great SEO
  • Expertly designed and usable
  • Perfectly displayed across all manner of devices
  • Easy to update by non-technical members of staff

Our solution

Eonic provided a modern-looking, fully responsive website with its own secure SSL certificate. A facility was included to allow candidates to upload their CVs and businesses to submit their requirements. Social media channel buttons were incorporated into the design and relevant calls-to-action used at all key touch points. Bespoke photography was supplied to further enhance the site's look 'n' feel; to help capture the essence of RecSol; to accurately represent company and its staff through its online presence.
